Chocolate Making with Lunch for Two

''On arrival you will meet your host and teacher over a tea or coffee and an introductory talk. Afterwards you will have a choice of what you would like to make and the moulds you would like to use from chocolate bars to truffles or seasonal favourites such as valentine hearts. Then you can choose from milk, dark or white chocolate and numerous ingredients such as fruit and nuts, spices and oils. Using the carefully prepared luxury Belgian chocolate you begin to fill the moulds. Afterwards you hand wrap all that you have made in carefully choosen gift wrap and boxes and takeaway all the goodies which you have made! A two course lunch with drink for two is included at the restaurant at Stansted Park House, you can take your lunch before the experience or after.''
